Secretary's Desk

It gives me great pleasure to extend a very warm welcome to governing body members of ASHA. Now it is the call for we to transform ourselves to face the challenges like natural disasters, weather change and impact of such disruptions on health, hygine, education, nutrition and even basic shelter, to making a difference. The frequency of disaster is growing for the past 30 years, with marked rise in climate related disaster and now one is COVID-19.

The great Hellen Keller has said, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much”. The emphasis is on team work. We are told that talent wins games, but TEAM WORK and intelligence wins championship. ‘for better intelligence, emphasis should be on LEADERSHIP developments’.

Our Organization has the theme from begin “Dignity, Harmony and humanity”.

 Dignity through Humanitarian Service

 Harmony through Cultural Exchange

Humanity at the heart to create goodwill, eliminate human suffering and restore hope.

Last but the not the least “if we are not the part of the solution then we are part of the problem”.
With the inside theme of peace, hope, determination, teamwork and uniting people through service, we have to get out and get involved to make thing happen.
